2. Payment Confirmation

• You will receive an email confirmation for your order.
• Your order will be prepared within 24–72 business hours.
• In case of suspected fraud, incomplete payment, or invalid details, Bazar Affillou reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund after verification.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Bazar Affillou is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is:

• Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Returned in its original packaging with all labels and accessories.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).

⚠️ Custom-made, personalized, or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return:

• If approved, a refund will be issued within 7–14 business days using the same payment method.
• If the return is denied (e.g., used or damaged items), no refund will be made, and the product may be sent back at your expense.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of an error on our part.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, cancellations are no longer possible — you must wait for delivery and then request a return.

In case of fraudulent activity or abusive chargebacks, Bazar Affillou reserves the right to block the related account and share necessary information with payment providers or authorities.

8. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

2. Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
3. After review, we will offer an exchange or full refund free of charge.
